1. Service Description

Kyltic Music is a custom song creation service. The customer fills out a form describing the occasion, story and desired music style, makes a payment, and receives an original custom-made song delivered by email.

2. Orders and Payment

The price for each custom song is CA$149.99. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown during the checkout process.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is 4 business days from payment confirmation. Express options (48h, 24h, 12h) are available at an additional cost. The song is delivered by email via a secure link.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your song, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at marine@kyltic.com.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the song is delivered and payment is complete, you receive a personal and private use license for the song. You may listen to it, share it with loved ones, and play it at private events.

Kyltic Music retains the copyright on all compositions created. Resale, commercial distribution, or public use for profit of the song is prohibited without prior written authorization.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. The content provided (story, names, messages) must not be defamatory, abusive, illegal, or infringe on the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kyltic Music strives to provide quality service but cannot guarantee that the result will exactly match your subjective expectations. In case of dissatisfaction, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. By continuing to use our services after a modification, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
